Such is the coinage of silver change in nine years. Now, the question
arises, where is all this change? No part of it is exported, we
know, for such small pieces are not suited for exportation, and cannot
be exported except at a loss. it is not in circulation, we all know,
for the whole land is infested and poisoned with filthy federal shin plasters,
and scarcely a piece of silver is to be seen. Where is it then? It is SUPPRESSED
by a combination of federal politicians and BIDDLE Banks, for the purpose
of forcing their shin plasters upon the people, and thereby disgracing
and ruining the currency, and thus scourging and afflicting the people
until they submit to a new National Bank, owed by American Federalists
and British capitalists, to rule and plunder the country.
